Mr. Arun Kumar Saraf ,is the elder son of Mr. Radhe Shyam. He is an esteemed hotelier renowned for his innovative vision, stead fast dedication to quality, and exceptional strategic insight. His distinguished career is characterized by the development of iconic properties and a ground breaking approach that has significantly influenced the hotel development industry.

Mr. Saraf obtained a degree in Business and Economics from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1981, which provided a robust foundation for his outstanding career. In 1982, he, in partnership with his father, Mr. RadheShyam Saraf, initiated a transformative project by founding Hotel Yak and Yeti in Kathmandu, Nepal. This endeavor marked the commencement of their remarkable journey together.

Mr. Umesh Saraf is the visionary leader and Managing Director of Unison Hotels Pvt. Ltd. and Asian Hotels Pvt. Ltd., and other Saraf hotel entities. With over 40 years of experience, he has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and growth of these organizations, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Under Mr. Saraf’s dynamic leadership, his companies have achieved significant milestones in the hospitality sector, driving operational efficiency, enhancing guest experiences, and expanding their market presence.

Mr. Varun Saraf Varun Saraf has overall 17 years of experience in hotel development and asset management. A graduate of Tufts University with majors in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy, Varun has been instrumental in expanding the family business.

Varun is also deeply committed to sustainability and social initiatives, including hospitality training centers and renewable energy projects.

Avali Srinivasan – Independent Director Avali Srinivasan serves as an esteemed Independent Director of our company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor's degree in General Laws from the University of Mysore. He is also a member of the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries which led to his excellence in corporate governance.

With an extensive career spanning several decades, Mr. Srinivasan has held significant positions, including General Manager (Legal) and Company Secretary He began his professional journey as an Assistant Company Secretary at HTL Limited in 1980, subsequently advancing to Company Secretary at The Standard Batteries Ltd. He has invaluable experience across all functions/disciplines, and established relationships with prominent banks, financial institutions, and leading law firms.

Notably, he played a pivotal role in the strategic relocation of the Vakola factory to Taloja, demonstrating his expertise in operational management and corporate strategy. He is alos a member of the board in various other companies.

Rita Bhimani - Independent Director She is the Founder and CEO of Ritam Communications, a firm specializing in Corporate Public Relations. She holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia in the United States. Her career began as the first Press and Public Relations Officer for the Tea Board of India, followed by 18 years leading the Public Relations efforts and establishment of multinational Indian Aluminum.

In 1991, she found her own independent PR consultancy, Ritam Communications. She was appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Public Relations Association, a global organization for PR professionals, and served as the Chairman of its Education and Research Committee. She has authored five books, three on Public Relations, particularly PR 2020: The Trending Practice of Public Relations which is widely accepted by colleges, corporates and newbies alike.

Her sixth book Meandering Mouthfuls is a book of travel and taste, released in March 2025. Two other books Presence Perfect and a coffee table book on Kolkata will be released in the latter half of 2025. She is a versatile columnist, for mainline dailies and magazines. She has produced a documentary on Raja Rammohun Roy, directed by Goutam Ghose.

Mr. Pawan Kumar Sikka Mr. Pawan Kumar Sikka with more than 46 years of experience in the public and private sectors, this accomplished financial leader has held significant positions in banking and financial supervision. adept in establishing financial controls and navigating intricate regulatory frameworks to promote company success.

After completing his Post Graduation in Animal Physiology from Punjab Agriculture University, Ludiana, he joined Extension Deparment. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. His journey as an independent director began in July 2015 at Rika Global Impex.
