Mr. RadheShyam Saraf (Late), was a Pioneer in the Hospitality Industry and a Industrialist with enriched business experience of over 55 years. He had in-depth knowledge and wide exposure on various aspects of the hospitality industry. He is the man who gave India’s hospitality industry a new perspective by bringing in the distinguished service and international class of the Hyatt brand of hotels, epitomizes both hospitality and entrepreneurism. He was a veteran hotelier who spend his lifetime building a business empire along with his sons and grandson in India and Nepal.

Mr. Arun K Saraf , Elder S/o of Mr. RadheShyam ,aged about 62 years, is a Major in Economics and Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles He is an Industrialist having enriched business experience of over 35 years. He has in-depth knowledge of the core business of the Company. He was part of the development management team of Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Mumbai. Thereafter, he successfully led the team for construction and development activities of Grand Hyatt Mumbai which is the largest hotel in the country today. He was also instrumental in establishing Hyatt Regency, Ahmadabad and Hyatt Andaz, New Delhi. Mr. Arun K Saraf is also considered as one of the founding promoters of Asian Hotels (East) Limited.

Mr. Umesh Saraf, younger S/o of MrRadheShyamaged about 57 years,is an MBA from University of California. He is an industrialist having rich business experience of over 31 years on all aspects of business of the Company. He is one of the founding promoters of Asian Hotels (East) Limited and is engaged in supervision and conduct of business of the Company. He was instrumental in establishing The Grand, Hotel in Delhi. He has in-depth knowledge of the core business of the Company.

Mr. Varun Saraf, son of Mr. Arun Saraf, joined the family business after graduating from Tufts University in 2006. Mr. Varun is responsible for the construction of new projects in the group. He is the founder of Chartered Hotels Private Limited, owning hotels in Tier II cities. He has successfully completed three green-field hotel projects in Hampi (2012), Raipur (FY2014) and Lucknow (FY2018). Currently leading the development of a 75-room hotel in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

Mr Devesh Saraf, S/o of Mr Umesh Saraf, aged about 28 years, a passionate leader and achiever, graduated with the highest honors from Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University having studied Industrial & Systems Engineering along with Economics. Post his formal education, Devesh went on to successfully complete the development of a 114-key ultra luxury resort in South Goa, which he currently operates under his own brand, 'Azaya'. Devesh also leads the asset management of various other hotels (including food & beverage, and banqueting), such as 'The Grand' Hotel in Delhi and other hotel properties across metro cities in India. Devesh also diversified and went on to successfully execute a solar power project in Nepal, which has been producing clean energy since 2019.
